The camp is situated on 60 acres fronting U.S. Highway 51 and is connected to the remaining 1,181 acres by deeded easement. The frontage on the Big Black River consists of 2.5 miles or more with numerous food plots along the river as well as beautiful sand bars to enjoy while swimming, fishing or just relaxing by the river! Known for its production of Boone and Crockett Whitetails, The Big Black River Basin is one of the most sought after regions to acquire property in the Southeastern United States. This tract features in excess of 25 very large established food plots (all with shooting houses and ladder stands), over 800 acres of mature hardwood timber, several duck holes throughout the property all connected by an expansive road system stretching over 25 miles through-out the property.
